Accreditations

Recognition & Approach

Differentiating Characteristics

Differentiating Characteristics

The unique characteristics of the True Value Partnering Institute's Accreditations enable  professionals - and the firms or in-house legal departments who seek them - to be quantifiably recognized as the most highly skilled, experienced and educated professionals.

This approach to recognizing Accredited professionals stems from The Institute’s Core Values which are central to its operating philosophy and the aims of the organization. The Institute’s creation was deliberately designed to align with other professional associations and educators while seeking to truly serve its members.

Differentiating Characteristics

Differentiating Characteristics

Differentiating Characteristics

First, Institute Accreditations are achieved through a point system based on professional education combined with years of relevant legal professional experience at a managerial level or above.

Second, Institute Accreditations require 32 credit hours of education which - when all combined - more closely resemble the rigor of a structured master’s degree course.

Third, Institute Accreditations require education from a broad array of world-class educators, reference materials, and real-world problem-solving discussions.

Fourth, Institute Accreditations require continuing annual education.
