Meetings will build on our previous discussions of improving the financial operations process between law firms and clients, from matter initiation and budgeting, to final invoice and after matter reviews. This includes discussion with the attendees around a model for the legal financial process. We will explore the areas of mutual interest between law firm and legal operations professionals in having a streamlined financial process. Attendees are invited to actively participate and share perspectives on which elements of the process work well and which need to be improved. The goal is to ultimately build a set of shared best practices and tools for collaboration that can be utilized across the industry.
